Arrive and feel at home
The Häuslerhof is open all year round. We offer a total of four spacious and comfortable holiday apartments for 2, 4 or 6 people. When you get up in the morning you are greeted by a wonderful view of the Dolomites. For breakfast, we are pleased to provide you with our own produce like eggs, milk and bread. There's a car port, a lawn for sunbathing and of course a barbecue area. You will find herbs for seasoning in our farm garden.
Our four holiday apartments are furnished in authentic Tyrolean style and are very spacious, with a separate kitchen. All apartments have a place for skis, dishwasher, towels, tea towels, bedlinen, cutlery, crockery and a laundry service. Cots are available on request. There is free Wi-Fi throughout. Make yourself at home.

Rates and reductions
The rates are for a stay of at least 5 nights per apartment and night for 2 people. For every additional person we charge € 20 per night. The rate includes: bedlinen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, electricity and heating, bread rolls, final cleaning and all charges and taxes, apart from local tourist tax. The local tourist tax is calculated on the basis of the council regulations in force during the stay (€ 2.50 per person and day from age of 14).
Reductions for children
- Children under 2.99 stay free
- Children aged between 3 and 9.99 years can stay for only € 10 per day.
- Equipment for infants available free on request
Pets
We charge € 20 per day (without food) for the four-legged member of your family. Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet.
Supplements and terms of payment
Deposit: You can book by email. The reservation is valid as soon as the €100 deposit is received. Please give your name as the reason for the banker's order.

Payment: Please pay in cash when you get here.
From 1 January 2016, Italian law prohibits cash payments for amounts exceeding € 2,999.99. The following payment methods are permitted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival: you can check in from 15.00. Of course you may also arrive earlier. In this case we will provide you with a room for storing your luggage and changing your clothes. The apartment will be ready, however, only after 15.00. If you are going to be late, we would appreciate it if you could let us know.
Departure: on your day of departure, you should vacate the holiday apartment by 9.00. Please enquire about other times.
Cancellations and Holiday cancellation insurance
In case of cancellation the following conditions apply:
- Up to 2 months before arrival: Free cancellation
- From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival: 50 % of the total price will be charged
- Within the last 4 weeks before arrival: 80 % of the total price will be charged.
- We ask for your understanding that we have to charge 100 % of the price in case of late arrival or early departure.
